Where do workshops take place?
The made-to-measure perfume workshop takes place at Ritz-Carlton Montreal. Corporate workshops can take place at your chosen location. (Additional fees for outside Montreal)

How to register with a gift certificate?
Our workshops are offered occasionally, and registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. If you are unable to attend a workshop and would like to request a refund on the original method of payment, please contact us at info@rubybrown.com, and we will be happy to assist you.

At any time, you may use your gift certificate to purchase any of our products available online. Simply enter your gift certificate number at checkout.

Are the workshops exclusively for women?
Absolutely not. They’re genderless events for everyone.  

Can children participate in the workshops?
The workshop is designed for adults, however some teens 15 and up may enjoy the experience.

May I accompany a family member or friend at a workshop?
Places are reserved for participants only. If you’d like to attend, please make your own reservation.  

What is a perfume organ?
The perfume organ is a luxurious round plate showcasing more than 60 fragrances that vary according to seasons and trends. You’ll be inspired at first sight. 

Is it possible to replicate an existing perfume?
No, it is possible to be inspired by an existing perfume, but we cannot guarantee the final result.

Is it possible to have a custom-made perfume without participating in a workshop?
No, in order to ensure your satisfaction, we strongly invite you to participate in a custom perfume creation workshop.

How long does the perfume last?
The longevity of your perfume varies according to your choice of base notes. Generally, perfume that is stored in a dry place away from direct sunlight will stay in perfect condition for several years.

Are workshops given in English or French?
Made-to-measure perfume workshops are bilingual. We speak English and French during the workshop, and the material is available in both languages. Be assured that no one is left behind.

Exchange policy for the made-to-measure perfume workshop

Gift certificates or reservations to a workshop are not refundable. You can however transfer your gift certificate or reservation to another person at any time. Should you do so, you must give your name and/or order number to the person attending the workshop. Exchanges are possible under the conditions mentioned below:

• 7 days prior to the workshop 100% of the amount will be issued on a gift card applicable to our online shop or to the made-to-measure perfume workshop.
• Less than 7 days prior to the workshop 50% of the initial amount will be issued on a gift card applicable to our online shop or to the made-to-measure perfume workshop. 
• Less than 48 hours prior to the event no exchange and no refund are possible.
